Founded by Michael Moran, CurrySimple makes the impossible - well - possible. If you ever thought Thai Cooking was difficult you're about to be proven wrong. No more hunting specialty stores for cans of curry paste or fish sauce. No more wondering what you're going to do with your leftover coconut milk. CurrySimple has taken all the guess work out of blending a perfect curry.
Mike Moran founded CurrySimple back in 2005 after realizing that there was a distinct gap in the market. Thai food was available in dozens of restaurants, but nowhere else. Most people he spoke to said they loved the flavors but admitted to never being able to recreate their satisfaction when attempting to make curry at home.
Each curry is packaged simply, allowing chefs to spend more time focusing on your fresh ingredients and less time on designing a fancy label. All you need to remember is the color coding and you're well on your way to a delicious meal:
- Green Curry = Spicy
- Red Curry = Medium Spicy
- Yellow Curry = Mild
- Masaman Curry = Sweet
CurrySimple offers not only curry but a wide variety of Thai treats. You'll find Chilli Lime Sauce, Coconut Soups, Mango Sauce, Thai Stir Fry, and even concentrated Thai Tea. Curry products are packaged in sizes great for small restaurants, but can be purchased in smaller sizes perfect for the individual cook as well.
Each of CurrySimple's creations is blended in Thailand using only natural ingredients, just as you would expect to find in a traditional Thai restaurant. Creating your own meals at home will no longer be an arduous task. Combine these healthy, MSG and preservative-free sauces with your own fresh ingredients and you'll have a gourmet Thai meal in no time flat - guaranteed!
