If you want to get rich in the next year, try this simple plan.
On February 2 (Candlemas), cook up a crepe in your frying pan. Hold a coin in your left hand, and then, flip the crepe up into the air with your right. If it lands safely back in the pan - the money will come pouring in throughout the rest of the year.
Crepes - a very thin pancake filled with either sweets or savouries, got their start in France, spread to England (after a French chef in 1895 created Crepe Suzette for the future King of England, Edward VII, and his daughter Suzette) and has been popular around the world for decades.
