Good Clean Food is Good Clean Fun!

Good Clean Food produces simmer sauces for chicken and seafood. These are not mass-produced sauces that come in cans and are loaded with preservatives and sodium, these are "hand-crafted, small-batch preparations" of the finest, freshest ingredients - so fresh that they'll practically glow with health in their glass jars.
Good Clean Food sauces are kept refrigerated from the minute they are created in the kitchen to the minute they arrive at your local stores. And should you order these sauces online - they are shipped to you in refrigerated boxes! That's how much Good Clean Food values the quality and taste of their creations. And you'll value it too, once you've tasted the delectable flavors of chicken or seafood simmered in any one of their seven sauces.
Goodclean Fish lovers will want to try all four of their sauces created especially to give that touch of the exotic to the flakiest fish. If you're in the mood for sea bass, halibut, grouper, haddock, swordfish or tuna, try simmering them in a Mediterranean sauce redolent of fresh garlic and onions, tomatoes, olives, herbs, and capers, with white wine and lemon to add that extra bite.
Talking of "bite," try the Creole sauce with its fresh poblano peppers, garlic, celery and onions in a stew of tomatoes, scallions and Tabasco.
Salmon requires a more subtle sauce, whichis where Good Clean Food's Scandinavian dill sauce comes in. Shiitake mushrooms, leeks and lemon provide just the right flavors.
Ginger up salmon, Chilean sea bass, or scallops with a taste of the orient, a Citrus ginger simmer sauce with fresh citrus juices, fresh cut ginger, and soy sauce with just the right touch of lily flowers and cloud-ear mushrooms in a dashi stock. (Dashi is the fundamental soup stock in Japanese cooking.)
Good Clean Food is always experimenting with new flavors, and their Balsamic Mushroom simmer sauce will make any chicken lover sit up and take notice. Until that's ready, however, give their Maine Cider a try. It's chock-full of sweet onions, raisins and sage in a sauce of apple cider.
For an Italian touch, try their Chicken Cacciatore simmer sauce with tomatoes, onions, garlic, yellow peppers and mushrooms.
Next try a taste trip to France with French Tarragon - tarragon and Dijon mustard, carrots, onions and celery in a homemade chicken stock.
Thanks to Good Clean Food, you'll never have to worry about what to prepare for dinner again...it's all done for you!
